MICHAEL J. FURREY, president MAX HUBER, environmental consultant JOHN PERRY, licensed operator
Max Huber, environmental consultant, is the newest member of the Agra team. Max is a New Jersey native and a graduate of William Paterson University (with a BA in Communications). Handling most new business development at Agra, he also enjoys the field work, especially in the area of lake management and geese damage control. He is currently focusing his efforts on compliance with the Very Small Water Systems (VSWS) mandate for licensed water operators. Huber is an avid outdoorsman who is actively involved in conservation efforts in and around his home turf. He is an active member of the Catskill Forest Preservation Alliance, and has written articles for various conservation publications. Max has been trained by the New Jersey Water Association to assess water system regulatory compliance, handle distribution system operation and maintenance, to perform water audits, and to conduct leak detection and line testing. Being concerned with the fast pace of New Jerseys development and its impact on water use and water quality, Max is pleased to be working with Agra, who, he feels, is ahead of the curve with regard to todays ever-growing water issues. John Perry, licensed operator, has been working with AELS for a few years now. Here at Agra, John functions as the licensed operator for Montague Water and Sewer, being responsible for the overall operation of their wastewater collection system. He also lends his experience to the operation of numerous multilevel water systems, offering expert advice to our clients in the area of water treatment. John is a strong proponent of operator/environmental professional training and education. He has participated as a trainer for various programs to advance both himself and others, including the State Operator Training Center at Rutgers University. He also conducts operator training within his own facilities.. If you have questions concerning the operation and maintenance of water/wastewater systems, John is the man to contact! |
