What types of water testing services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of water testing services, including:

  • Well water testing: This type of testing is required for all private wells in New Jersey. It includes testing for PFAS, bacteria, nitrates, arsenic, and other contaminants.

  • Public utility water testing: We can also test public water supplies for a variety of contaminants, including lead, copper, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

  • Commercial water testing: We offer water testing services for businesses of all sizes, including restaurants, hotels, casinos, schools, retail locations and hospitals.


 

How do water samples get collected for testing?

Agra Environmental has a professional and dedicated team of field service agents who will come to your location and collect the water samples needed for your testing.


 

How long does it take to get my water test results?

Some water test results are available within 24-48 hours. However, other tests will take up to ten business days to get results for.


 

What do I do if my water test results show that my water is contaminated?

If your water test results show that your water is contaminated, Agra’s water treatment specialists will be happy to discuss your options and solutions. There are a variety of water treatment solutions available that can remove contaminants from your water.

How often should I have my water tested?

The frequency of water testing will vary depending on the type of water you have and your individual circumstances. However, it is generally recommended that you have your well water tested at least once a year and your public water tested every three years.

Are you certified by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP)?

Yes, we are certified by the NJDEP to perform water testing.

How much does water testing cost?

The cost of water testing varies depending on the type of test being performed. However, we offer a variety of affordable testing packages. Your standard private well test will cost $1,300.
